On the run course, handling of personal food is allowed also after one official aid station. The exactly positions of these aid stations will be announced at the Pre Race Briefing. Outside these areas outside support/handling of personal needs is prohibited and will result in a warning (yellow card).

A "special needs"-service (with the complete handling of the food by the organiser) will not be available.
